HOTEL ROYAUME IN ALGIERS. ALGIERS

This is a business hotel, located in an area very close to Algiers International Airport, called Oued Smar, and very well positioned next to the main highway to the center of Algiers and other major cities in Algeria.

The program requested by the client required the provision of about 100 rooms and as many parking spaces, in addition to the rest of the usual program for this type of facility, which incorporated access and reception areas, buffet and gastronomic restaurant, cafeteria and business center, mainly, as well as an outdoor swimming pool in the plot of land for private use of the hotel.

Its sober lines and minimalist design, accompany this idea that is currently being developed for a built area of more than 10,000 m2, of which more than 6,000 m2 are above ground for the typical uses of the hotel, and the rest in 2 basements, which house the 100 parking spaces requested, in addition to the laundry areas, staff changing rooms and the rest of the technical areas and services typical of this type of hotel facilities, for a planned category of 4 stars.

A pleasant decoration design and a careful choice of materials and furniture will guarantee a pleasant and functional environment for its future users.
