D. JOS\u00c9 MAR\u00cdA SENDARRUBIAS REDONDO<\/h2>

Jos\u00e9 M Sendarrubias Redondo was born in Madrid (Spain), in March 1961, and is an Architect by the Escuela Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid ETSAM, since December 1988, being a member of the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid COAM since January 1989, having recently received the silver medal for his 25 years of membership.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of his professional career he opened his own Architectural Studio in 1989, working in professional collaboration with several Spanish Architects, and being professionally associated with Mr. Manuel Alberto Arias Horas since 1990.<\/p>\n

From 1990 onwards he developed a large part of his career and professional activity in the business world in the construction and engineering sector, intervening in important building and infrastructure works in prestigious and large Spanish construction groups such as Grupo Ortiz Construcciones y Proyectos (1991-2000, as Project Manager, Technical Director and finally General Manager of its subsidiary Compa\u00f1\u00eda Internacional de Construcci\u00f3n y Dise\u00f1o, CONDISA) and Grupo Isolux Cors\u00e1n (seventh Spanish construction group, 2000-2010, as Director of its subsidiary Ingenier\u00eda Ibalux), Technical Director and finally General Manager of the subsidiary Compa\u00f1\u00eda Internacional de Construcci\u00f3n y Dise\u00f1o, CONDISA) and the Isolux Cors\u00e1n Group (seventh Spanish construction group, 2000-2010, as Director of its subsidiary Ingenier\u00eda Ibalux, and later as Director of Construction and General Manager of Real Estate and Assets of the group and member of the Management Committee since 2006). During this period, most of his responsibilities were developed in international markets.<\/p>\n

He has been responsible for the execution of major construction projects and real estate developments such as: Conservation and Restoration of the Public Monuments of the Madrid City Council, Restoration of the Royal Palace in Madrid, Restoration of the Convent of Las Huelgas Reales in Burgos, Restoration of the Toledo Bridge in Madrid (Madrid City Council Award for the best restoration work), Construction of the CAR High Performance Center in Madrid (Madrid City Council Award for the best building work), Talavera de la Reina Fairgrounds, Cordial Mogan Valley Hotel Complex in Tenerife and Xeresa Golf in Benidorm, Nouadhibou Hospitals in Mauritania, Fann Hospital in Dakar, Senegal, Neuqu\u00e9n in Argentina and Bata in Equatorial Guinea, Denia Tourism Agency, Azul de Cort\u00e9s Real Estate Development in Baja California, Mexico.<\/p>\n

Throughout this period he never abandoned the professional practice in the development of architectural projects, having carried out and directed important projects of the relevance of: Integral Remodeling of the Toledo Bridge in Madrid (Madrid City Council award for the best rehabilitation work), Integral Remodeling of the Cl\u00ednica de la Esperanza building in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Integral Restoration of the facades of the Hospital de la Princesa, in Madrid, Club Social del Campo de Golf los Retamares in Alalpardo, Madrid, Sports Complex in Alaior in Mallorca, Salto del Agua Sports Complex in Benidorm, Sports and commercial complex in Valdilecha, Madrid, Residential Complex in Mirasierra, Madrid, etc<\/p>\n

For 20 years he has collaborated regularly with Mr. Angel Hernandez Espada, and since 2010 they have shared a project office, having carried out projects of the importance of: Remodeling of the Jarama Circuit, in Madrid, the Eurasia Project in Getafe, the integral rehabilitations of the Hotels in Puerta del Sol, 1 and Gran V\u00eda, 31 in Madrid, all of them in Spain; the Integral Rehabilitation project of the Valpara\u00edso funicular, in Chile; or the ESHRA Higher School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, the Ain Naadja Garrison Circle and the Royaume Hotel in Algiers, the La Citadelle Hotel complex in Biskra, or the Blida Regional Circle, all in Algeria. Several of these projects have won awards, in many cases as a result of international architectural competitions.<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Sendarrubias is an Architect by the Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid ETSAM (1988), Master in Projects by the Centro Superior de Arquitectura CSA of Madrid (1990), and specialist in Restoration and Rehabilitation by the ETSA of Madrid (1989), as well as specialist in Sports Facilities by the COAM (1991). He has acted as a speaker as a specialist in monumental restoration in various conferences, symposiums and seminars of important and prestigious institutions such as the General Foundation of the Complutense University-Summer Courses of the Escorial, the COAM, or International Congresses of Restoration, having intervened as editor of several publications and specialized articles (“Limpieza, Restauraci\u00f3n y Consolidaci\u00f3n del Puente de Toledo” 1996, ISBN 84-86895-79-0, “El Caballo de Bronce” 1997, as well as the collective publications of the XI and XII Congresos de Conservaci\u00f3n y Restauraci\u00f3n de Bienes Culturales, 1996 and 1998).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u00c1ngel Hern\u00e1ndez Espada was born in M\u00e9rida (Spain), in May 1961, and is an Architect by the Escuela Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid ETSAM, since July 1990, being a member of the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid COAM, since October 1990.<\/p>\n

After working as an architect in some prestigious architectural firms in Madrid, he opened his own professional studio in Madrid in 1990 and since then, without any interruption, he has worked as an architect directing a large professional team of architects and engineers. During this long time of profession he has designed and carried out more than 200 projects of buildings of all types, both residential and social housing, hotels and apart-hotels, shopping centers, academic centers, schools, colleges, universities, office buildings, health care centers, nursing homes, industrial buildings and warehouses, etc.. Many of these building projects have been projects for new buildings and many others have been rehabilitation of historic buildings and monuments, an area in which he has extensive experience. He has also developed several urban planning and urban planning projects.<\/p>\n

All these projects were developed and carried out in many cities and regions of Spain and also abroad.<\/p>\n

Throughout his professional career, and as a regular support to clients, he has also carried out professional activities related to the urban and real estate management of the projects developed, before public and private organizations, as well as carrying out regular activities as Project Manager of numerous projects, intervening in the selection and contracting processes of construction companies and subcontractors, time and cost control, quality control of the execution, etc.<\/p>\n

In addition to his work as an architect in his own architecture and urban planning studio, he is Technical Manager and CEO of several construction and development companies, such as Prodivesa, Herespa, and the companies of the Jes\u00fas Hern\u00e1ndez Group, as well as being the CEO of his own real estate development and management companies.<\/p>\n

He also has extensive international experience as an architect, in the development of important professional projects abroad, participating in projects in Spain, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, Algeria, Dubai, Zambia, Mozambique, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Mexico, Cuba,…<\/p>\n

During his professional activity he has had the opportunity to work in collaboration with important national and foreign architects and for several years he has been working steadily on large projects with Jos\u00e9 M\u00aa Sendarrubias.<\/p>\n

Mr. \u00c1ngel Hern\u00e1ndez Espada is an Architect by the Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid ETSAM (1990), he has completed the complete doctorate courses in Architectural Projects at the Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid ETSAM (1995). He has participated in group exhibitions in Seville, Rome and Milan, on the work for the projects of the International Exhibition of Seville (1987). He also attended the International Course on Architecture and Urban Design in Seville (with a scholarship and selected by the Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid, Banco de Bilbao and Junta de Andaluc\u00eda) (1986). In addition to having taken numerous courses of specialization in monumental rehabilitation, among others the Course on Archaeology and Roman Architecture of the University Men\u00e9ndez Pelayo (Special Seminar in Merida (1984), possessing a wide specialization in this type of monumental restoration work.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
